Firstly, if you place an order on our website it is subject to being accepted by us at Twigs and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. This would be very unusual and, of course, we would refund your payment in full if this happened.

We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but once your order has been submitted we cannot guarantee changes.

Flowers, by their very nature are beautiful and living!

We love flowers and want you to receive yours in great condition. So, sometimes, we will send them to you in bud so that you or your recipient has longer to enjoy them. We will need to see a photo of the flowers taken at the time of delivery and we will do our best to replace or refund flowers, which did not meet our high standards.

We may substitute flowers with others of a similar style and quality in the event of any supply difficulties so that the flowers you receive are of the highest quality. We don’t want you to be disappointed in any way with your order.

We will send your order to you by either Royal Mail 1st class post, Royal Mail Tracked or selected courier companies. As a part of the checkout process you will not be able to select the delivery date for your order delivery, whether that delivery is part of a subscription or a one-off order but with the subscription service you can tell us how often you want the flower box to be sent.

Once we have sent your order we rely on the Royal Mail to deliver and cannot be held responsible if, for any reason at all, they fail to deliver or take longer than expected to deliver. We will obtain a proof of posting and sadly, in the event of a delay by Royal Mail or a courier, we are unable to offer a refund or to resend your delivery.

We can deliver to any residential or business address within the United Kingdom but sorry, no PO Box BFPO addresses.
